Utility Builder Rebates
JKP Energy works with Arizona utility companies to provide rebates for builders. Homes are submitted at the same time the home is registered/certified with RESNET and any other energy programs.
SRP ENERGY STAR® Rebates for Phoenix homebuilders
Incentives shall be determined by the home’s total estimated annual kWh savings as compared to a code-built home. The program’s fiscal year is from May 1, 2023 through April 30, 2024.
APS ENERGY STAR® Homes Program for Builders
Take advantage of the APS ENERGY STAR® Homes Program. It is available to home builders that produce five or more homes per year.

SWG Smarter Greener Better® Homes Builder Program
Southwest Gas Corporation (Southwest Gas) welcomes you as a participant in our Smarter Greener Better® Homes program. As part of this Program, Southwest Gas offers financial assistance to builders of homes that either exceed current building code requirements or achieve the maximum HERS Score requirements expected to satisfy ENERGY STAR® Version 3.1 guidelines.
